The A/W Fear-Inspiring Sin is designed to take advantage of the Assassin's double strikes and fast attack rate to spam "Fear Me!" in order to cause massive AoE energy degeneration.

Counters

• General Anti-Melee
• Spiteful Spirit and Empathy will kill you in seconds

Variants

• A Shadow Step rather than Caltrops
• Crippling Dagger rather than Caltrops
• An Alternative IAS
• Healing Signet or Feigned Neutrality in place of Way of Perfection
• In RA/TA bring a Resurrection Signet

• Condition removal for blind such as Signet of Malice

Notes

• Even more effective if backed up with Dark Fury
• A necromancer with Barbs easily makes up for the slightly lower-than-average damage in this build.
