Cast your enchantments, head through the second door, run through the Dredge group (avoid Cripple with "IaU!") then position yourself in the corner before the third door. Dredge will stop following you and the second Blood Drinker group will pop. Kill them.
Again with your enchantments on, get through the big open room by running forward to the door in front of you. Another Blood Drinker group will pop but ignore it and keep moving forward, running through another Dredge group.
Get inside the last room, Dredge will stop following and a Blood Drinker group will pop. Kill them.
Walk backwards, then kill the Blood Drinker group that popped during the run. Pull it with your spear or a longbow to separate it from the huge Dredge group in the main room. Slay this fourth group to end the run.
