Build:A/P PvP Mark of Insecurity

This assassin makes it barely worth using protection prayers on its target, allowing the team to train debuffed foes effectively. It also makes stances wear off quickly, rendering monks more vulnerable.

Weapons

• Swift staff of defense with "Don't Think Twice".
• Any high energy staff.
• Cruel spear of defense, 10%hct with
  • Strength shield of fortitude, -20% cripple duration.
  • Strength shields of fortitude, +10 armor against each damage type.

Usage

• Apply Mark of Insecurity on a target your team wants to train and cover it with another hex.
  • Siphon Speed is ideal against flag running and kiting targets. The speed boost will help you with kiting.
• Maintain Critical Eye and Way of the Master. Regain energy by attacking foes in your shield set whenever not casting hexes.
  • Spear attacks are slightly faster than staff attacks.
  • Target a foe hexed with mark of insecurity to avoid triggering Shield Guardian.
• If you ever happen to hold your team's flag, don't use Augury of Death. The shadow step will force you to drop it.
