  PvE only.530 is a cheap source of extra armor, Warriors and Paragons shouldn't use it more than once though. This one is entirely optional.

Equipment

• Warriors and Paragons should use a staff for the extra energy.
• Every other profession could go for a shield set just to be safe, although it shouldn't be necessary.

Usage

• Stay in range and just maintain your skills.
• Never attack.
