Use Panic for mobs to interrupt everything whilst dishing out damage through Wastrel's Demise.

• Use Panic on balled up foes, followed by a snare (if taking).
• Spam Wastrel's Demise, Wastrel's, Cry of Pain and Unnatural for damage.
• Use Glyph of Lesser Energy as energy management (before casting Panic and other high-energy spells).
