You activate Spells and Signets 40% faster. (No effect for non-Mesmer skills with a cast time less than 2 seconds.)
In PvE, the recharge time of your Mesmer Spells is reduced by 33%.

Runes and insignias



  • Spread degeneration with Conjure Nightmare.
  • Apply Ether Lord on your target, cover it with Ether Phantom. Wait until the opponent switches to his casting or high energy set, then use Drain Delusions.
  • Drain additional energy from your target and heal yourself with Ether Feast.
  • Protect yourself with Distortion. Only use it to prevent spikes or break chains, else your energy will be drained too much.
  • Remove troublesome hexes and conditions with Purge Signet.
  • Resurrect party members with Vengeance. You can't extend its duration by using a weapon of enchanting.
  • Switch to your low energy set before using Purge Signet and Ether Lord.
