This build has been the go-to on my Mesmer for quite a while now whenever I mainly wanted to deal damage. And what can I say? It serves its purpose very well. Great damage output and it's to easy, it almost plays itself.

Damage is nuts with BiP, without BiP you won't run this build.

Something is always available with Serpent's Quickness.
