Notes: Replace Ether Feast, Power Drain and the optionals with Domination Magic and/or No Attribute skills. Decrease Inspiration Magic to 0. Increase Fast Casting. You can also increase a secondary profession attribute rank to meet shield requirements. Replace the Rune of Minor Inspiration Magic with a Rune of Vitae or Attunement.
Unlike its sister build, this universal FA mesmer build provides strong shutdown in low end PvP. Because if they can't do anything, you don't have to worry about anything. Good for both sides in Fort Aspenwood.
