This build has been designed for the following use:

Abuse the disabling feature of Psychic Distraction to the fullest with the Skill Steal spells and Inspire Enchantment.

Build

You activate Spells and Signets 34% faster. (No effect for non-Mesmer skills with a cast time less than 2 seconds.)
In PvE, the recharge time of your Mesmer Spells is reduced by 27%.

Usage

  • Elementalists are priority for enchantment removal. Start with Inspire->Drain Enchantment to get their attunement.
  • Use Arcane Thievery/Larcenry on two targets, so you don't accidentally end up with the same skill twice.
  • Shame the monk when it starts to feel pressured.
  • Spam Psychic Distraction when necessary, making sure Inspire is always recharging/used.

Counters

  • Caster-hate will also apply to you.
  • You are not a major damage dealer, you need some damage in your team too.
