Does essentially the same job as pblock arenas: shit on casters an provide a little melee hate. Not quite as effective at shutting down pure casters w/o pblock, but much more effective at locking down sigs once a kill is pushed through.

yay the main bar is somewhat good.

Main + is locking down sigs, but imo Pblock is still better anti-caster.
