Very strong bar featuring the best Domination Magic spells while providing access to all of the best spells from other professions. The hero will sometimes cast without Signet of Illusions but this deficiency is made up for in the pure potency the non-Mesmer support skills.
This build is able to provide a lot of flexbility, especially for melee support.
Fast casting make skills like Barbs, Order of Pain, Spirit rift... even more potent.
Definitly a build that deserve to be in the meta.
Keep in mind though that the hero will sometimes cast spells without signet, especially "high priority spell" (like interrupts, heals, prot); It's the reason why the hero have points in inspiration magic
