This build utilizes the knockdown ability of Judgment Strike with Renewing Smash to deal a decent amount of single target damage with minor AoE damage.
Hero will automatically cast Blood is Power on you even if you are holding a hammer.

Auspicious Blow - in heavy energy drain region. Use before

Whirlwind Attack – Extra AoE Damage. Use before

"I Am Unstoppable!" – Anti-knockdown and extra armor.
Asuran Scan – Prevent missing especially for
Renewing Smash .
Brawling Headbutt - General knockdown, replace Optional 2 if anti-knockdown or anti-blocking is unnecessary.
Variants 1 : Drop Tactics to 8 and Divine Favor to 2+1. Raise Smiting Prayers to 10+1+3.

Strength of Honor – if not provided by team.
Balthazar's Spirit - energy and adrenaline gain.
Smite Condition and
Smite Hex - Condition and Hex removal with extra AoE damage.
Variants 2 : if you want to use the Anniversary Hammer "Verdict" since there's no bonus armor against holy damage.

Equipment[]
Weapons
- Vampiric hammer of defense with "Strength and Honor".
- Zealous hammer of defense with "Strength and Honor".
- "I Can See Clearly Now" Tactics Shield of fortitude with a spear of defense.
- Preferably a 16/8 or 15/7 shield.
- Any long or flatbow for pulling.
Armor
- 5 Anchorite's Insignias or Brawler's Insignias.
- Rune of superior vigor.
- Rune of clarity.
- Rune of vitae for remaining armor pieces.
Use[]
Weapons:
- Use the Vampiric hammer as main set.
- Use the Zealous hammer for energy gain.
- Use the bow for pulling.
- Use the spear/shield set if foes are unreachable, or when you are idle or under attack.
Build:
- Use "To the Limit!" or "For Great Justice!" to fuel adrenaline-based general knockdown skill.
- Knock down foes with Judgment Strike or general knockdown skill when possible, then use Renewing Smash. Each knockdown time is enough to pull out 2 Renewing Smash when under 33% IAS.
- Judgment Strike can be used as a general AoE damage skill as well.
- Use your filler hammer attack skill when building up adrenaline for the next knockdown.
