Armor
Any armor (even starter gear) with a Protection Prayers headpiece.
One of every Superior Rune (with protection on the headpiece) and a duplicate superior run on any piece of armor to get your health down to 55 hp.
Full radiant insignias.
Weapons
Any Axe, Sword, or Spearof Enchanting. Also, a +5 Energy modifier (or the inscription "I Have the Power") helps to increase the energy pool even more.
Optional: casting Blessed Aura with a Divine Favor +1 (stacking) headpiece and/or a Divine Favor Staff of Mastery can increase the effectiveness of this enchant. Getting the Staff proc may take multiple casts, if you have the patience. Be sure to switch back to the correct equipment once the enchant is up.
Before pulling cast Protective Spirit and Shield of Absorption. (You should do this no more than two seconds before you do the next step, and the order is very important). Maintain these enchants until the end of combat.
If you brought Shielding Hands maintain this as well whenever Shield of Absorption is about to run out.
Aggro your enemies. You must keep up Shield of Absorption continuously. Depending on how high your Divine Favor attribute was when you cast Blessed Aura, you can have as little as .5 seconds to recast it - or you may have as many as 1.85 seconds.

Prot yourself, maintain Healing Breeze, then aggro the Skeleton Rangers in front of you, balling them on top of each other by walking a few feet backwards. Be careful not to aggro the Necrid Horseman !
If other Rangers are located to your left near the houses, you can farm them using the same method. If those enemies are casters, you can safely rezone into the Bergen Hot Springs.
Enter the Gates of Kryta mission from the outpost.
Follow the main path until you see Oink on your left. Get to him, then walk through the house behind using the little passage on the left.
Trick: Before heading behind the house, it is possible to walk to the very corner of the front yard opposite the house. The undead in the valley below you will start to move when this is done correctly. This trick makes the second mob double in size but know that said mob will become more dangerous in the process.
Keep following this path until you see an Hellhound.
Prot yourself, then aggro the Hellhound. Grasping Ghouls will pop out of the ground. Use the Right Wall block technique [1] on them on top of the little cliff.
Under your prots, spike them using Shield of Judgment, Smite Condition and Light of Deldrimor. When this first group dies, another massive group will run towards you.
Do not move, keep protting yourself, spike them using the same method. Pick up your drops, restart.

Maintain your enchantments whilst in combat, cycling between Shield of Aborption and Shielding Hands.
Use IAU! whenever available, and be sure to recast Protective Spirit, Healing Breeze and Shielding Hands just before it expires.
Apply multiple copies of Spiteful Spirit on different foes where possible, and reposition yourself to deal damage to the entire Vermin group. Use of corners is recommended for this.
Aim to aggro a single group of Vermin at a time, as the timing can be quite tight with recasting Shield of Absorption when IAU! has almost recharged.

Very quick and easy farm with the extremely rare Avian Hammers as possible drops, talk to Mofuun to get the quest, take the western exit of Champion's Dawn into Cliffs of Dohjok and aggro the 26 Skree Hatchlings roaming there.
You should usually be able to aggro them as a big single group.
The 26 Harpies are all dead. ~6 Harpy Mothers will now spawn. You can either kill them the same way (Arcane Echo -> Shield of Judgment -> Shield of Judgment) or resign and prep for another run (don't forget to abandon the quest then take it again).
Counters
Enchantment removal can be deadly if it hits Protective Spirit and/or Shield of Absorption. Because Necromancers and Mesmers have so many skills to do this, avoid them.
Like all invincimonk builds, this build will be easier with practice.
While this build will work if you are reduced to 1 hp (only when you won't encounter any creatures with a degeneration ability which will severely limit farming opportunities) it will require very quick reflexes to maintain constant coverage from Shield of Absorption.
Consider removing the Healing Prayers piece of armor if you die.
Try not to cast Protective Spirit and Shield of Absorption at about the same time; try to parse them so there is a one second lag between the two so as to phase out the healing from Divine Favor. If you are bringing Zealot's Fire, wait at least three seconds between casting the two so as to not cause enemies to scatter.
This build will not make ranged monsters run from you, but melee monsters in groups of 3 or more will run from you (unless they cannot be knocked down, such as Hydras).
