It's pretty terrible tbh, but along with melee and AP spam, it's the best a monk can really do in hero teams. Good optionals and the like.

Frequently used and different enough from the hero version to warrant its own page. It's not outstanding, but if you want to monk with heroes and not take a backseat there aren't many other options.

Pretty much the only thing you can effectively run with heroes is RoJ, AP, and gimmicky melee builds. This one is the most universal of the three, and arguably the strongest as well.

There are arguably only two decent smiting skills... The rest don't do much and just fill up space. c-space bar for lazies.

Its an okay build for monks who want to deal damage. Good damage, good utility.

Best I could really find, monks don't have a lot of room for general party finesse. It'll do.

Almost hopeless; not very meaningful defensive support, low damage for a human and energy constraints throttle you hard if you try to take anything extra. At best, serves as a template for Great Dwarf Weapon that can also take a max spec Strength of Honor, but even then the energy limitations start to bite.

Doesn't quite compare to what a monk could do in the frontline, but it certainly has utility as far as monk builds go and holy damage does have some niche use.

You're a monk trying to deal damage yourself. Of course it's a sad result when your class has such an anemic damage line. This is one of the two viable damage builds for monks that actually use monk skills though.

The upshot of having so few viable damage skills is that you can support your team with the rest of the bar, but energy issues abound without battery support (especially when taking SoH).

20 seconds recharge hurt and sadly there's barely any useful damage smiting skill. Kiting further reduces this build's effectivity. If you use roj as a support with judge's insight, strength of honor and great dwarf weapon you don't really have energy for much else despite doing a great job on supporting a single (!) party member. Signet smite support or SoS smite support do a better job on supporting the team. Any other build does a better job at dealing damage. It can be used for a combination of damage and healing, but even then it doesn't really shine...
