Build:N/A Soul Taker Dagger Spam

Very effective, especially considering the special support by dark aura. Combines a lot of general counters (anti-enchantment, anti-caster, anti-physical, anti-melee) though which might make this a bad pick in some areas. A lot of counters can be worked around with a proper hero setup, but not all of them, and not always. Still, even if soul taker is removed or interrupted the build keeps a minimum level of effectiveness with the dagger attack chain. -1 universality.

Dagger spam on necro, good because of soul reaping and tormentor's insignia. This build has great damage/AoE capability through enchantments, but is still highly effective when stripped. Variants listed provide options for player to provide dark aura themselves.

This build leverages the fast activation speed and damage output of the conventional dagger-spam bar with the new damage increasing PvE elite skill Soul Taker

Very high damage, but has many counters that you'll need to look out for, similar to other enchant-based dagger spammers.

Would not recommend taking Dark Aura yourself as that splits your damage attributes and makes you much more fragile, but it's an option.
