Notes: Decrease Channeling Magic to 11.

A build based off the recent, semi-popular Xinrae's split bar in GvG, this bar offers surprisingly strong pressure, solid support, and mobile defense for both sides in FA. Strongest on the Luxon side, this build can still manage support on Kurzick NPCs and players alike. Help monks keep bars up, help physicals and casters push kills.
