This build allows farming all the Luxon Assassins of the Halcyon Job quest as a Ritualist, in Hard Mode, as a single big group in ~3 minutes, with 100% success rate.
Attributes and Skills[]
Equipment[]
Armor[]
- 105 hp set with Radiant insignias.
Weapons[]
- A staff with highest energy possible and a mod of Enchanting. As usual, Sadi's Benediction is great.
Usage[]
- Make sure that you have the quest The Halcyon Job in your quest log. Make sure you are in Hard Mode for optimal drops as it does not increase difficulty at all.
- Enter Boreas Seabed from Zos Shivros Channel.
- Make sure that you have more Kurzick Faction than Luxon Faction and do not pay to activate the shrine when you enter the zone.
- Run into the group of Kraken Spawn off to the right and get yourself killed. You will be resurrected at the farming location.
- Once you have arrived at the shrine, walk over the bridge. This will spawn 4 Luxon Assassins.
- Balling, on paper, works like any other Halcyon Farmer. Pop every Assassin, make a big ball on one of the stairs.
- However during the balling phase you'll need to cycle both your prots and your anti-kd skills.
- Now the key here is the "Don't Trip!" -> Vocal was Sogolon -> "I Am Unstoppable!" cycle. You can't keep Vocal was Sogolon on yourself because it erases the enchanting bonus from your weapon.
- So the thing is to cast Vocal was Sogolon followed by IaU then immediately drop it on the ground until the next IaU cast. Don't Trip is here to provide some breathing room when your prots and Vocal + IaU needs to be cast at the same time.
- In that case, go "Don't Trip!"-> Prot Skill -> Vocal was Sogolon -> "I Am Unstoppable!" -> drop Vocal was Sogolon.
- Once your big ball is in place, just cast Spirit Rifts in between your cycle of prot skills and anti-kd skills. The group will implode in a few seconds.
Notes[]
- This build does not have a real margin of error. You'll need to learn the timing of your skills perfectly to survive. Once you learn the gist of it, it becomes easy.
- Renew Protective Spirit as soon as you can, every time.
- Set your "Drop Item" key near one of your movement or spellcasting keys so you can press it pretty much instantly after casting IaU.
