  • 5x Survivor Insignias OR 5x Herald's Insignias.
    • If using Herald's Insignias, consider dropping Spawning Power to 12+2 to make up for lost health.
  • Rune of Superior Vigor.
  • 2x Runes of Vitae.


  • Weapons are not essential to the build as it revolves around holding an item.
  • In the case that your item spell is unavailable, 40/40 Restoration set + a defensive shield set.


  • Maintain Attuned Was Songkai with Serpent's Quickness.
    • With 15 Spawning Power, your 5 energy spells cost 2 energy, and your 10 energy spells cost 5 energy.
  • Heal allies as needed.
    • Remove conditions with Mend Body and Soul.
    • Spirit Transfer can be utilized as a second spot heal due to it's reduced cost.
  • Life can be recast for an on demand party heal if initially used while under the effects of Serpent's Quickness.
    • If bringing Rejuvenation, try to cast it while under the effects of Serpent's Quickness.


  • For stationary quests replace Serpent's Quickness with Ghostly Haste to free up your secondary profession.
  • Using Essence of Celerity frees up your secondary profession and an additional skill slot from Serpent's Quickness.
    • In these cases, consider a Monk secondary for hex removal or protection prayers.


  • Standard anti caster.
  • Hex heavy areas.
  • Attuned Was Songkai being interrupted, or a spike occurring while recasting the spell.
  • Spirit being killed with none other in earshot.
