Tips and tricks

  • It is possible to spike with two Spirits of Destruction at the same time:
    • When moving towards a mob, cast an initial Spirit of Destruction. Once you have moved out of spirit range of this spirit, cast a second Spirit of Destruction. When you enter combat with your foe, and provided both spirits are still within party range, you can use Summon Spirits to summon both Spirits of Destruction at your location, destroying one immediately and leaving the other available for spiking with Rupture Soul.


  • Foes out of reach.

  • Interruption of your spirits.
  • Unstable backline.



  • Use the minion control panel (standard key: Y) to target your spirit of destruction more easily.
  • Sources of armour respecting damage: Explosive Growth, Spirit Rift, Ancestors' Rage and Rupture Soul.
    • These damage sources will benefit from cracked armour, Intensity, Cruel Was Daoshen and Ebon Battle Standard of Honor.
  • Sources of armour ignoring damage: Destruction, Intensity, Splinter Weapon, Great Dwarf Weapon, Agony (health loss).

Spirit durability with Ritual Lord

  • Destruction has 576 health points at level 18 and an armour rating of 111.
  • Agony has 512 health points at level 16 and an armour rating of 99.
    • Its health points roughly equal the damage this spirit can deal. Each Summon Spirits accordingly adds to the spirit's damage potential.
