I've tested and ran this build extensively. If you're careful about casting spells then you can avoid interrupts for the most part. 100b spike with holy damage and Splinter Weapon destroys most mobs fairly effectively.
Farms CoF effectively, though there is always a slight risk as you need to watch for interrupts. Bonders can be heroes though so you can practice at your leisure.
