This build has been designed for the following use:

Farm Midshipman Morolah in Normal Mode for Morolah's Staff, a perfect Domination 40/20/30hp Staff in Barbarous Shore with the help of heroes. This run takes 4 to 6 minutes, depending on the boss group's composition.

The energy cost of Dervish enchantments is reduced by 48%.
In PvE, gain +12 armor rating while enchanted.

Note : You can add 3 more Any/D Hero (12 Wind Prayers) for a bigger spike healing.


Instruction[]

1. Disable all Hero skills, then enter Barbarous Shore from Camp Hojanu.

2. Flag all heroes except for P/Rt at the first resurrection shrine so that they will not affect drop. They can still support you with Cautery Signet and Mystic Healing because these 2 skills have infinite range.

3. Maintain 33% IMS with Fall Back and Incoming.

4. Before encountering the corsair patrol in front of the 2nd shrine, micro hero to cast Vocal Was Sogolon. Maintain 33% IMS to run past them and break aggro.

5. Micro hero to cast Enduring Harmony and Make Haste on you to run into the cave, then flag your P/Rt hero at the 3rd shrine. If the enemies are too close to the entrance, precast Vow of Silence before aggro.

6. Run all the way until you meet the first group of 3 enemies. Kill them with Aura Slicer and Reap Impurities while maintaining Heart of Fury, Feel No Pain, Vow of Piety, Grenth's Aura and Conviction (Note: Conviction needs to end to remove conditions).

Note: This group will always have 1 Corsair Commandant (Paragon), 1 Corsair Grappler (Dervish). The third can either be another Corsair Grappler or a Corsair Lieutenant (Ranger), who will make balling the group up much harder because he has a longer attack range than Corsair Commandant.

7. Maintain all your enchantments and use your bow to aggro the boss's group. Run back into the cave and wait until the casters are balled up. Target the boss and kill him while maintaining all your skills.

Note : This group consists of 5 other enemies listed below. Adjust your strategy based on the composition of the group. The list shows all potential enemies from highest to lowest threat level :
・ Corsair Lieutenant (Ranger) : Combine Burning Arrow Burning Arrow & Hunter's Shot Hunter's Shot & Apply Poison Apply Poison & Toxicity Toxicity to inflict 16 pips of health degeneration, while spiking you with Power Shot Power Shot . Longest attack range makes him really hard to get in the ball.
Strategy : Maintain enchantments in the following order: Conviction → VoS → Grenth's Aura → VoS ⟳ (You can only cast one enchantment during VoS downtime or you will more likely to be hexed with all kinds of stuff). Micro hero to cast Cautery Signet Cautery Signet to remove conditions from you especially when you failed to maintain Conviction due to recasting VoS too soon, and Mystic Healing Mystic Healing to heal. If he is adjacent to another enemy or there are melee foes in the group that can be pulled to his position, prioritize killing him instead. On rare occasion there might be 2 rangers in the group, in that case consider /resign because they don't like to ball up together.
Corsair Mind Reader (Mesmer) and the Boss : Simple Thievery Simple Thievery can interrupt VoS, then use Spirit Shackles Spirit Shackles to drain your Energy, which can trigger Mind Wrack Mind Wrack 's damage spike (188 from Boss or 94 from Mind Reader) .
Strategy : Stop attacking if you are hexed with Spirit Shackles because VoS got interrupted. Instead, focus on maintaining your other enchantments, then recast VoS immediately on cooldown (or you can watch the Boss's action to avoid a 2nd interrupt) while microing heroes to survive VoS downtime. Attack again after Spirit Shackles ends. Note : Spirit Shackles only triggers once even if you hit more than 1 target, so each attack leads to 2 Energy loss if you can hit 3 foes. In that case, you can still attack some times to trigger Grenth's Aura. Just don't forget to save enough Energy for VoS.
Corsair Torturer (Necromancer) : Will only be a serious threat if VoS got interrupted. Remove enchantments with Envenom Enchantments Envenom Enchantments to inflict Poisoned condition. Reaper's Mark Reaper's Mark and Parasitic Bond Parasitic Bond provide 6 pips of health degen. Defile Flesh Defile Flesh makes healing less effective.
Strategy : Microing heroes to heal to survive VoS downtime.
Corsair Admiral (Paragon) : Disrupting Throw Disrupting Throw can bypass VoS to interrupt you or just interrupt VoS, although not very likely. Shorter attack range than casters makes him really hard to get in the ball.
Strategy : Nothing special. Crippling condition from Crippling Anthem Crippling Anthem can help you get 3 more pips of health regen.
Corsair Doctor (Monk) : Use Reversal of Damage Reversal of Damage to trigger Divine Favor heal, which makes some unballed foes (mostly Ranger/Warrior/Paragon) unkillable sometimes.
Strategy : Not a big threat to be taken into consideration because he would be in the ball most of the times.
Corsair Wind Master (Elementalist) : Will only be a minor threat if VoS got interrupted. Inflicts Burning with Immolate Immolate and potentially Blindness with Steam Steam .
Strategy : Not a big threat to be taken into consideration because he would be in the ball most of the times. Micro hero to remove Blindness if necessary.
Corsair Grappler (Dervish) : No threat at all.
Strategy : Keep him alive if possible. He will "help" you with Aura of Thorns Aura of Thorns and Armor of Sanctity Armor of Sanctity to inflict Crippling and Weakness conditions which adds 6 pips of health regen.
Corsair Weapons Master (Warrior) : No threat at all.
Strategy : Keep him alive if possible. He will "help" you with "You're All Alone!" "You're All Alone!" to inflict Crippling and Weakness conditions which adds 6 pips of health regen.

8.You respawn at the 2nd shrine if you somehow died. In that case, re-flag D/P heroes at this shrine and try the farm again. It's still doable with 15% death penalty.
