This 7 hero team is designed to farm 19 waves of foes in The Ebony Citadel of Mallyx in normal mode while you're afk. This farm produces general weapon drops aswell as a chance to gain Titan Gemstones, Margonite Gemstones, Torment Gemstones and Stygian Gemstones. A run takes 11 minutes.
The farming area requires progress in the quest Mallyx the Unyielding.

Usage

Flag positions. Keeping your heroes spread out is extremely important.

Preparation

• Show your Lightbringer rank to enable Lightbringer. It'll improve the team's general performance.
• Set all your heroes to Fight mode , except your BiP Necromancer, to Guard mode .

Execution

• Flag your five damage heroes in a line with High Priest Zhellix.
• Flag your two backline heroes (ST, BiP) behind that line.
• Position the player character in the middle of your damage heroes (on top of both High Priest Zhellix and one of your heroes, see image).
• Return after 11 minutes to pick up your loot and enter another afk farm.

Notes

• The third mesmer is Razah. You can change his primary profession.
• Hotkeys for individual hero flags of heroes 4 to 7 can be assigned in the control options.
• It may rarely happen that a Margonite Anur Tuk or a Greater Dream Rider has minion aggro without hero aggro. That will slightly slow down that run, but when you return the quest should have progressed and you can already start picking up your loot while the heroes fight off any remaining foes.
• After doing more than a hundred consecutive AFK runs with the same character, gemstones may stop dropping completely. In that case, stop using that character and use another one, gemstones will drop normally.
