Lots of damage with no utility. Smart monks know how to stay out of range and use terrain to avoid attacks.

about the best spearchucker you can have in ra, but still daze isn't hugely bad and in general it lacks universality.

AP+33% IAS+Spears (so you dont have to chase kiters)+Daze+High Damage=win enough in RA. Definitely deserves good. (PS: I added utility in the form of Disrupting Throw)

Strong build, even though I run it more in FA than RA. Also I spec a few into tactics for shield stance + heal signet
