This is mostly theorycrafted, but based on the energy-hungry E/A and Rt/A builds we have this should still be viable with your standard BiP hero. Without it, you'd need WotEP to last more than a couple chains. -Toraen (talk) 20:52, 23 June 2020 (UTC)
