Saw on twitch someone going Auspicious Parry + aggressive refrain. Lower armor, but absolutely INSANE adrenaline production, spamming blazing spear + wild throw literally every other throw. Parry gives adrenaline on renew, which is 3 adrenaline every 2 seconds. Block makes you invulnerable to physical. I get the idea of this is to not suffer the armor loss, but imo the tradeoff from AP is better. throwing that out there Willarddog (talk) 05:55, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
- Did he drop the deep wound combo or "watch yourself!" or the resurrection signet? I saw the RA players play auspicious parry in GvG but I was... not impressed. Granted, one shan't judge an RA bar based on its performance in GvG. --Krschkr (talk) 10:42, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
- I saw him try a variety of combinations. Some GvG matches he ran deep wound combo, other ones he ran "Lead the Way!", and others Spear Swipe. He did not run Rez every match. It all depended on the map I think; I'm not too knowledgeable on GvG. His ability to train the backline from basically melee range while being invulnerable to being backlined by enemy warrior/derv was absolutely disgusting. Willarddog (talk) 19:17, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- I've seen this in GvG OQGkgmlsZVhTQ2Crgfw2Rei7uID sometimes with spear of lightning dropped for rez. In july coward spear warriors were superior, unfluxed I find TTL cruel spear warriors to outperform auspicious parry over all. You get 33 instead of 25% IAS and don't have -20 armour. The only thing that might hurt is 33% DMS while your IAS is up. --Krschkr (talk) 20:59, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
