This page is designed to document effective ways of acquiring the items needed for Gifts of the Traveler from Nicholas the Traveler. See Guide:Nicholas the Traveler Farming/Template for specifics on modifying information on individual items.
Current item
[edit]
- Collecting 2 Forest Minotaur Horns per gift
- Located in Kessex Peak at the western edge of the Minotaur field. (Kryta)
- Farm Forest Minotaurs.
- Method:
- The best location to farm these is in The Black Curtain, just north of the portal to Kessex Peak (rezone to repeat the farm). Spirit farmers will work here. Due to the Minotaur's usage of Wary Stance, melee builds are ill-advised. Melee punishing builds such as a Gladiator's defence or Spiteful spirit builds work nicely here. If using a low hp build, bring another armor set to switch to while running to Kessex Peak from Temple of Ages
- Method:
Next week's item
[edit]
- Collecting 1 Bowl of Skalefin Soup per gift (requiring 2 Skale Fins each)
- Located in Zehlon Reach to the north in the center (Istan).
- Farm the low leveled Skale on Istan.
- Easiest method:
- Kill the Skale along the western edge of the Plains of Jarin - any build with AoE should work fine.
- Fastest method:
- At the city entrance in Fahranur, The First City there are a large number of skale that are easily nuked with AoE.
- Easiest method:
