Can this somehow be placed in the sidebar, maybe under the Admin Notice Board? Dragnmn talk cont 13:15, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

done. ~ PheNaxKian Sysop 13:52, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
Really? How so?--X 14:13, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
how did i add it below AN? There's a page in the mediawiki namespace that says what links should be placed on the sidebar. ~ PheNaxKian talk 14:16, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
OIC I thought he meant the SIDEBAR...right under the Admin noticeboard and just above Policy. You know the side bar that is always there.--X 14:23, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
He did mean that. What other sidebar is there? Andy 14:55, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
like andy said...there isn't any other sidebar. If you're using monaco skin you might not see it, but if you want i can change that. ~ PheNaxKian talk 15:02, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
Hold on here....then how come I don't see it? I see the side bar...yes but no Wikia Noticeboard--X 15:11, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
Switch to Monobook already. Monaco is terrible. ··· Danny So Cute 15:23, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
like I said, I changed it for monoboook (that being the skin most people use). If you want it changing for monaco (the wikia default) i can do that >.>, just let me know where you want it putting. ~ PheNaxKian talk 16:14, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
Yuck...monobook reminds me of GWW. So why dosen't it show in the default skin type? Also mabye explaining things a bit better would help. I never new what monobook was...didn't know there was a checkbox in preferences.--X 16:44, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
monobook and monaco are skins for the wiki, they basically change the appearance and layout of everything. Monobook is typicaly your default skin because it looks professional and isn't cluttered Monaco is the default skin on wikia because it's a skin wikia made, and includes all the extra features they develop.
As for the link, it doesn't show because we (me specifically) created the wikia noticeboard (so the AN was cluttered with issue we couldn't do anything about), so we have to manually add it to the sidebar. I never bothered adding it to monaco because like I said, most of our userbase uses monobook. If you tell me where you want it putting like i've already said i can add it to the sidebar for you =p. ~ PheNaxKian talk 16:49, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
TY, I like editting only the sections and not the whole page...and I like the layout better so that being said can you please add it to Monaco?--X 17:16, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
Phen has asked you repeatedly where you want it lol, just add it under the Admin Noticeboard like in monobook phen, that's where I assume X wants it. (if anyone comes in with a sexual pun, at least do it right). --Frosty Frostcharge.jpg 17:47, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
You know where I want it Frosty. Misery Cow.pngMisery Says Moo 18:03, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

(Reset indent) there, it should now appear on monaco just below the AN. If it doesn't try clearing you're cache (ctrl+F5 in firefox). ~ PheNaxKian talk 18:32, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

Holy mother of all that is holy..."right under the Admin noticeboard and just above Policy" is what I typed. Thought that was clear...god why is it so difficult--X 18:51, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
stop being retarded. i don't like calling you retarded. ··· Danny So Cute 18:55, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
that's where you said you thought he meant, that's not necessarily where you wanted it, which is why I asked >.> ~ PheNaxKian talk 19:51, January 8, 2010 (UTC)
okay then...danny mono still sucks--X 22:16, January 8, 2010 (UTC)

Image issues

Am I the only one experiencing them? Skills have always showed badly for me, but now they're even worse, and I can't see Zyke's sig. --Chaos? -- 23:27, March 6, 2010 (UTC)

Like I told you a week ago or so, the images.wikia.com has all kinds of problems. Several weeks ago, the images were borked for like 3 days for everyone in the U.S. (or should have been). It has something to do with caching. Contact wikia support and see what they tell you. Karate KJ for sig.png Jesus 14:22, 7 March 2010

nope. Looks fine to me. What are you running? (browser, version, plugins etc.). Chances are something on your end is interfering with the extension. ~ PheNaxKian talk 17:07, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
internet explorer 8, never had this problem before. -- Chieftain Alex Sig.jpg Chieftain Alex 17:17, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
I also failed to mention, no plugins except avast! anti virus, and that this now happens 50% of the time for me as of an hour ago. -- Chieftain Alex Sig.jpg Chieftain Alex 17:19, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm not getting this either. Clear your cache, if you haven't already, and see if it's still happening. ToraenTheJanitorToraenSig2.png 17:35, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
Happened to me on my userpage too. I use firefox, so it's browser unrelated. pressing f5 solved everything, though. --Brandnew. 17:37, 18 February 2011 (UTC)

  • pet buffs in PvE
  • mod effects: Bloodstained, Stonefist, 20% enchant, +33% condition
  • the non-mainbar pop-up display lacks many things, like no energy reduction in { {skill pvxicon|Onslaught|13} } if mainbar Mysticism=12 The preceding unsigned comment was added by Fianchetto (talk • contribs) 14:54, 1 December 2011 (UTC).
Given the way it works, anything not between the [build][/build] tags can't ever receive expertise/fastcasting/mysticism effects unless the skill is in that primary attribute. Putting optionals in between the build tags isn't supported, as you probably know. Equipment Mods are also not supported at all and getting them in would require more knowledge of the extension than anyone currently has. Don't expect either of those anytime soon. -- Toraen talk 21:44, 1 December 2011 (UTC)

Hey Curse

It looks like you successfully broke everything again as usual with your stealth updates. Congrats!

  • DPL "3.0" - blatantly broken mainpage transcluded page should be fixed using this version, or reverted to this revision (dpl free).
  • PvXwiki namespace locked from regular autoconfirmed editors - should be editable.

- Chieftain Alex 20:28, 5 November 2014 (UTC)

I've copied over the main page fixes, and I've sent a report to the dev team about the project namespace issue. I'll let you know when I hear back. OOeyes (talk) 22:01, 5 November 2014 (UTC)
